Vendor Certification Course- day one

Tonight was my MOBILE FOOD VENDOR class. Bryan will be taking the class next week, and with luck on our side he will be blogging live from the class so I’m not going to say too much about the experience.

The class consisted of slowly plodding through a workbook. Tomorrow we review and then test.
